A group of Kootenay Lake waterfront property owners aren’t impressed with a new shoreline guidance document.
It was put together by the Kootenay Lake Partnership and is being unveiled at a series of public meetings month.
But Cheryl Graham says her society has many concerns.
Graham says they wanted to participate in the process, but their efforts were rebuffed.
Graham also says the document contains errors and inconsistencies.
They’re further concerned that the guidelines have already been implemented for all new Crown tenure applications.
