B-C’s new education minister has a better idea of the challenges facing the Kootenay Lake school district.

The facilities plan calls for some consolidations and potentially the closure of the Creston Education Centre but requires the approval of several capital projects.
Trenaman says the call was supposed to last only five minutes but they talked for more than 20.
