The Canadian Federation of independent business ranks Creston 116th in its annual study of municipal spending.
That’s down from 73rd place last year.
The study ranks communities based on the increase or decrease in spending from 2014 to 2015 and a ten-year trend.
It says Creston’s per capita spending went up 12 per cent year over year and 64 per cent over the decade.
