Bountiful Leader back in court Tuesday for constitutional challenge

Winston Blackmore will launch a constitutional challenge in Cranbrook Supreme Court next week.

The Bountiful leader and James Marion Oler were the first people to be found guilty of polygamy in Canada.

He’s launching a constitutional challenge through his lawyer Blair Suffredine.

Blackmore says his charter rights were violated when he was charged.

Oler will not be launching a similar challenge as of yet.
