Valley Community Services in Creston will be adding staff for their Dementia Support Project.
They were granted $60,000 over three years from the Columbia Basin Trust.
Director Justine Keirn says this will go to adding and training more staff.
She says it will also go towards building activities and transportation services.

Keirn adds there will be art, music, and event components.
The project will run alongside the therapeutic activation program for seniors, it started at the beginning of January.
