Living Lakes Canada is taking what was learned at the Water Hub Dialogue conference to move forward with collecting water storage data in the Columbia Basin.
The conference addressed gaps in water data.
Almost 30 guest speakers discussed what government, large companies and local communities can learn about changes in water flow.
Executive director Kat Hartwig says the conference exceeded expectations.
She says they’re moving forward by reaching out to individuals that participated in the working groups.
