Kubota dealership may be getting its own building by spring

Kokanee Ford and the Kubota Dealership will each have their own space come spring.

Owner Darrell Kemle hopes to break ground on the dealership by March.

He says both companies have grown too much to be housed in the same building.

Kemle purchased the land for the Kubota dealership in 2015.

He says he’s been working with the Town of Creston for the past year to get the development permit approved.

Town council recommended the development permit for the building be approved – it’s pending until next week’s meeting.
