Creston RCMP responded to a variety of calls last week.
On Tuesday police were called to investigate a ‘road rage’ incident near Yahk, two truck drivers became involved in a physical altercation leaving one driver with injuries to his head and face. The investigation is continuing and charges are being considered
On Thursday police were called to assist in locating a missing woman, she was later found in police cells from the night before.
Friday police assisted in a family dispute which created a disturbance in a local business. Later that day they were called to assist in a domestic dispute in which the couple was arguing about vodka.
On Saturday RCMP were called to help solve a dispute over the ownership rights of a ‘bong’ – police did not investigate. The disputants were unhappy with this decision.
On Sunday police noticed a vehicle swerving on highway 3 near Creston. Police stopped the driver and conducted a breath test that resulted in a 90 day license suspension.
