Kootenay Employment Services is offering a new course targeting people interested in agriculture.
The week-long program is free and held at KES. Program coordinator Emily Stewart says it’s for anyone that is looking to work in or learn about agriculture in the valley.
It’ll be held at KES with one day at the College of the Rockies.
They’ll also be offering a wage subsidy to employers.
The course runs from March 19 to the 23rd from 9 to 3.30 everyday.
