Community gathering to support Humboldt Broncos

The Creston Valley community is coming together to support the Humboldt Broncos.

Pealow’s Independent Grocer is holding a shinny game at 3.30 pm today in support of the Saskatchewan hockey team. Owner Brian Pealow says anyone is welcome to come down and play.

They’re also donating $5 to any customer or colleague who comes into the store wearing a jersey. Pealow adds you don’t have to make an in-store purchase just sign up at customer service.

Napa Valley Auto Parts in town is also getting behind the cause and donating $5 to anyone that goes into their store wearing a jersey. A link to the go-fund-me page can be found on the MyCrestonNow website.
