Open House at Crawford Bay School Tonight

The Lower Kootenay Band and Retallack are holding an open house tonight.

They’re inviting the public to hear about the proposed adventure tourism tenure application. The application includes 177,000 acres in the South Purcell Mountains for activities such as hiking, horseback riding, climbing, ski touring and snowshoeing.

The meeting goes from 5 – 8 pm at Crawford Bay School.
