How can you help send Creston athletes to the Special Olympics?
It’s as easy as leaving your bottles and cans on your doorstep.
Residents who have received a rolled-up yellow flyer and plastic bag, may use said bag to collect their Canadian-deposit-paid containers.
Pop, juice and alcoholic bottle and can containers will be picked up from your doorstep from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Saturday, September 8.

If by chance the pickup is missed, local coordinator, Richard Chlopecki, suggests calling 250-402-9416 or Joy Craft, the fundraiser coordinator, at 250-402-3008.
Those who wish to donate year-round may do so at Columbia Bottle recycling depot using the Special Olympics account.
