This is due to the decreased risk of wildfire. Category 2 burns remain prohibited throughout the Southeast Fire Centre, except in the Columbia Zone. That includes stubble or grass burning of any size, the use of sky lanterns, fireworks and burn barrels.s or burning cages of any size or description.
