RCMP were set to conduct a search of the Rossland reservoir Monday in hopes of gleaning evidence in connection with last year’s murder of Tom Feeney.
His body was found at his home on Feeney Road in early June.
An underwater recovery team will do the search.
The RCMP’s Dave Tyreman says they’ll be taking advantage of progress in forensic science.

RCMP have not revealed cause of death but many items – including a unique 19th century rifle- were stolen from the home.
They suspect the murder of 75 year old Feeney was a random act of opportunity.
