Creston RCMP are looking for witnesses regarding a horrific incident that occurred on Tuesday Evening.
A 47 year old Creston woman was attacked behind her own house located at 1100 Block of Hillside Drive at 7 PM.
The victim says she was forced into her 2008 Grey Pontiac Wave Hatchback by an unknown assailant and was bound, sexually assaulted and left with her car near Cranbrook.
She was then able to break free from her restraints drive herself to East Kootenay Regional Hospital.
