The Town of Creston will be installing a storm sewer overflow pipe near the intersection of Cedar Street and Highway 21.The infrastructure project will upgrade a manhole and divert flow to the existing drainage ditch along the highway.
The Town says this work will increase storm sewer capacity for existing and future development.
The work is planned for late January to early February.
Should any unexpected delays occur due to weather or other infrastructure repairs that require immediate attention during the process, the upgrade may take longer. The Town of Creston apologizes for the inconvenience.
