Guilty plea in arson case

A Creston woman has pleaded guilty to a charge of arson causing bodily harm in connection with an apartment fire in Creston.

21 year old Elisha Jimmy will be back in Invermere court on November 16 to fix a date for sentencing.

An additional arson-related charge remains before the court.

Jimmy was arrested and charged following an investigation into an April 30th apartment fire that seriously injured Creston resident Ross Millar.
