Trail city hall will leave it to residents to give a name to the new pedestrian-pipe bridge.

He says exact details of the contest haven’t been worked out yet, but expects it to start in “a couple of months” and there will be a prize.
There is a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday afternoon to mark the official beginning of work on the bridge.
