The Creston area is a community that offers people a good quality of life.
This message was recently conveyed at an international forum in Mexico by the Creston and District Community Funds Committee.
Leader, Laura Hannant was invited to present the findings of last year’s survey entitled – Happy and Well from Yahk to Riondel.
She says it’s a shared mentality in this area that draws people in.
The Happiness Survey was initiated as a guide to help determine how Community Directed Funds, from CBT, will be used.
It measured subjective well-being as a tool to help enhance local quality of life.
