The Town of Creston is temporarily closing off Steve’s Ride Trail fromĀ 5:00 am Thursday until Saturday.
The path which connects 11th ave and Cedar Street still houses the toxic weed, poison Hemlock. Glyphosate herbicide will be applied for the third time this year to get rid of the invasive species.
The town reminds the public that all parts of the plant are deadly to people, livestock, and wildlife when ingested.
