Rossland’s Red Mountain Resort is in with another shot at being proclaimed “Best place to ski in North America.”
It has reached the finals of the popular online voting competition run by Powder Magazine. Red secured enough votes in the semi-final round to see off Sandpoint, Idaho. It now goes up against Steamboat, Colorado which toppled Bohemia, Michigan.
You can vote until the end of Thursday in the initiative which the magazine has called the “Ski Town Throw Down” .
