A BC supreme court judge has ruled in favor of the province on the Jumbo Resort file.
The judge said it was not wrong in allowing a resort municipality with no residents to facilitate development at the resort.
The West Kootenay Eco-Society had taken the legal action.

Reid says there are still many hurdles in place to keep developers from breaking ground at the planned resort.
Those include continued overwhelming public support for keeping Jumbo Wild.
