Trail residents will have to wait until next year to see if there will be upgrades made to Centennial Park.
With a number of projects going on in the Silver City right now city council has decided to defer the plans to the 2016 budget.

Pasin says a public meeting regarding the planned upgrades a few weeks ago was well attended and indicated a strong level of support.
She adds that council will look into ways to mitigate the amount of water that is consumed by the underused green space even if the upgrades aren’t given a “green light”.
