Of the 52 calls for service the Creston RCMP received over a week, it seemed like most were related to vehicles.
On Nov. 16, officers received a report of mischief to a vehicle and later found an uninsured vehicle that was removed at the owner’s expense.
The next day, RCMP carefully monitored a vehicle fire east of Creston that lead to no injuries or issues.
On the 18th, officers responded to two separate cases of vehicles not being safe for the road. In the first, the driver was also found to not have a license.
Finally, yet another uninsured vehicle was removed from the road on the 19th.
Remember to make sure your vehicle is ready for the winter and properly insured.
