Creston’s Mayor is calling highway improvements one of the town’s biggest achievements in 2015.
Ron Toyota says the construction of the Pine Street-Highway 3 Intersection was a huge undertaking.
He says the work started in March and was finished by mid-June .
Phase 2 of the project, the realignment of Highway 3 onto Cook Street, is set to be commence in 2016 with a 5 year completion goal.
