The body of a man who fell through the ice on the Kettle River near Grand Forks Wednesday has been found.
Scott Spencer, Search Manager with Nelson Search And Rescue, says his members were dispatched to the area.
Spencer says the man had succumbed by the time Nelson SAR crews arrived.
The body was recovered Thursday around 10:40am.
Spencer says to always be cautious approaching ice especially on moving waters.
