More funding has been added to the Fields Forward Partnership in the Creston Valley.
The 2-day forum wrapped up Tuesday with a commitment of $20, 000 split evenly between RDCK Areas A, B and C and the Town of Creston.

The majority of the funding for the initiative, $230, 000 comes from the Columbia Basin Trust as Community Directed Funds.
The 3-year project is aimed at boosting the growing farm and food industry in the Creston Valley.
