Supreme Court Of Canada to hear BC teachers case

The BC teachers have learned that the Supreme Court Of Canada will hear their case after they lost a BC Court Of Appeal ruling against the province.

The BCTF has argued for nearly 14 years that the government was wrong in stripping class size and composition from collective bargaining.
