Today’s Castlegar City Council meeting should have a few more spectators than usual.
This is because it will be held at Stanley Humphries Secondary School.
Here’s City Councilor Bruno Tassone.
He says students attending will mainly be from grade eleven and twelve social classes.
It begins at 12:30 this afternoon in the activity room.
Tassone says holding the meeting at the school is a great initiative and can help get a younger generation involved with politics.
