Accessibility at the entrance to the Memorial Centre in Trail continues to be an issue.
City Council will take a look into a possible solution with ongoing complaints from residents.
Councilor Sandy Santori says during the first phase of downtown revitalization efforts safety improvements were made to the facility’s entrance which included a drop-off area.
However the space was on a slope and is not suitable for those who have mobility issues.
Santori says better signage could be a potential solution but any changes will likely need Ministry Of Transportation input.
