BC Transit seeks public feedback on new website

BC Transit wants to hear about users’ experiences with its new website.

BC Transit launched the website March 31, 2026, to make it easier for riders to plan trips, check schedules, view fares and stay up to date on service information.

Each month, about 200,000 people visit BCTransit.com, making it one of the most important tools riders use to plan trips on transit systems across the province.

The new website reflects feedback from a 2024 survey and features a cleaner design, improved navigation and a mobile-friendly experience to support the more than 80 per cent of visitors who browse using their phones.

Now that the site is live, BC Transit is asking people across the province to share their experiences using it. Feedback will help identify what is working well, what needs improvement and which features should be prioritized next.

BC Transit said it wants to hear from riders whether they use the website often, occasionally or for the first time. Input on the website design, trip planning and the presentation of schedules and fares will help improve the digital experience for everyone.

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. To participate, visit engage.bctransit.com.

BC Transit said the launch was an exciting milestone and it looks forward to hearing from riders to support further improvements to the website.
