The Town of Creston is looking to beef up its bike park.
Council is looking at an expansion of the bike park to help support youth activities and initiatives.
Here’s Community, Policy and Research Coordinator Helene Miles.
As well, staff are currently consulting with an expert on upgrades to the jumpline.
Miles says the $50, 000 project is grant-dependent and they’re hoping to secure one from the CBT Recreation Infrastructure Fund.
If successful, she says they hope work could start in the fall.
