Transgender community pleased with BC human rights laws change

Our local transgender community is applauding proposed changes to BC’s Human Rights Law.

The legislation is to be amended to explicitly protect transgender people.

Moore says people have lost jobs and been denied rentals because of their gender identity or expression.
