Organizers of Creston’s Press Fest are delighted with the event’s success.
Paris Marshall Smith of Fields Forward says they pressed 13,000 pounds of apples into juice.
And efforts continue to bring a mobile juicer to the valley permanently.
Local orchardists donated the apples and the juice will be used in school meal programs.
