A crew from the South East Fire Centre continues to tackle the Mount Midgely fire, 14 kilometres Northwest of Creston.
Karlie Shaughnessey says they are working on the ground and from the air.
Shaughnessey says the fire is not putting any structures or communities at risk but smoke is highly visible throughout the valley.
The mount midgely fire was initially reported as 400 hectares but mapping has shown it is actually 332 hectares.
