Tipping fees in the Creston Valley and on the East Shore will remain unchanged despite increases elsewhere.
Fees are going up April 1 in the Regional District of Central Kootenay’s west and central waste subregions.
But the east will remain $85 dollars per tonne for mixed waste.
That’s $5 to $15 cheaper than in the other regions.
