Wetland program receives Columbia Basin Trust funding

The Wetland Education and Awareness Program in the Creston Valley is getting some financial help from the Columbia Basin Trust.

Laura Brandon with the Creston Valley Wildlife Management Authority says the Trust is providing them with $32,000.

Brandon says they hire post-secondary students planning on returning to school who are studying environmental sciences or a similar field.
