Creston lays out 2017 budget

Creston taxpayers can learn about the 2017 budget at a public meeting today.

It’s in council chambers at 4 p.m.

Finance director Steffan Klassen explains some of the highlights.

Residential taxes are going up three per cent, or about $33 on a $200,000 dollar home.

The overall budget is worth $10.8 million.
