Efforts to build a new playground at Crawford Bay have received a boost.
Co-ordinator Ellie Reynolds says a weekend fundraiser went very well.
Reynolds says they raised about $3,500 dollars towards landscaping.
They’ve already bought most of the bigger items but are waiting for them to be delivered.
They hope to have the bulk of the work done before the Starbelly Jam festival in July.
