Columbia Brewery tackles water conservation

In honour of World Environment Day, Creston’s Columbia Brewery is looking for new ways to use less water.

General manager Scott Stokes explains just one of the many ideas they’ve come up with.

Stokes says they’re taking part in a competition.

Columbia Brewery is currently sitting in second out of 18 North American breweries.

They’ve participated in World Environment Day since 2009.
