Creston Town Council approved the first three readings of its Five Year Financial Plan bylaw.
Director of Finance and Corporate Services Steffan Klassen says the average tax increase is 2.21% for existing tax payers.
He adds service levels haven’t changed, most of the changes are in capital projects.
Town council will have the final reading and adoption of the bylaw at Tuesdays council meeting.
