No one was home when fire broke out on Erickson Road in Creston this morning.
Creston Fire Rescue Capt. Randall Fabbro says they got the call around 7.
Fabbro says it may take a few days to determine the cause.
There is no damage estimate yet, but the single-storey older home is still standing.
The fire caused traffic to be detoured through the neighbourhood until about noon.
