November 27, 2018
- Called to intervene in an intoxicated neighbour dispute. Both intoxicated parties separated to keep the peace.
- Called to investigate an ex-partner who made a false claim to the Canada Revenue Service costing the spouse a large amount of money.
November 28, 2018
- Called to assist Crawford Bay School with a report of mischief.
- Began an investigation into unsafe storage of firearms in Wynndel.
November 29, 2018
- Called to a report of an injured deer on Highway 3A. Referred to BC Conservation Officer.
- Report of a domestic assault situation in which the aggressor was reportedly struck by a vehicle after the altercation. Police spent a considerable amount of time attempting to assist the intoxicated participants, but all were uncooperative.
November 30, 2018
- Report of threats made over the phone by a neighbour regarding an on-going dispute.
- Attended a family dispute to assist with fighting youth siblings.
- Report of an unprovoked assault between acquaintances.
- Intervened in a family dispute involving a grandson and grandmother.
- Report of an impaired driver leaving a business in Creston. Driver not found by police.
December 1, 2018
- A drinking driver leaving a business in Creston received a 90 day licence suspension and had his vehicle impounded for 30 days.
- Called to investigate a theft in which a blank cheque was forged and cashed.
December 2, 2018
- Called to assist with a disturbance in Kitchener possibly related to a family dispute.
December 3, 2018
- Called the Creston Hospital to assist with an aggressive patient.
- Called to assist with a possible fraud over stolen cashed cheques. Upon investigation, the complainant was suffering from health issues and no fraud occurred.
- Called regarding parking issues in Kitchener. Referred to RDCK Bylaw.
- A report of a possible robbery with threats of violence turned out to be a dispute between youth regarding the perception of money owed. The complainant was warned about making false reports to the police.
