The latest stats from Creston Valley RCMP show an increase in crimes related to break and enters, theft and mischief.
The numbers are from the latest quarterly report.
Staff Sergeant Darryl Hammond says this is reflective of what’s happening throughout BC.
Hammond says there is no specific cause for the increase.
Even at it’s highest, the latest property crime numbers are still less than a spike back in 2013.
