Creston Valley Chamber of Commerce president Melanie Joy says there are some tough conversations happening in the community, but one that should be made clear is that Creston is a welcoming and diverse community to stay, shop and play.
Joy says she hopes the community will come together and close those division gaps.
“We’re in this together.” said Joy.
“We navigate these challenges together and we need to talk through some very tough conversations, but I think that in the end, Creston is such a great diverse beautiful community that works well together.”
“We are a listening, growing and learning community that is full of respect for people and for everybody that reside in our community.”
“Let’s listen to each other, let’s learn from each other, let’s really try to pull our community together because that’s how we all win.”
