With generous financial support from the Columbia Basin Trust Community Grant program, Creston Public Library is excited to offer Start! Computer & Internet Basics workshops, free beginner technology courses for our community.

If you’ve stayed away from computers in the past because you’re intimidated to get started, these courses are for you. Our staff will take you through the basics step-by-step. Starting with how to turn it on and covering such topics as mouse and keyboard basics, making and using document files and using browsers to access the internet, we’ll all learn together.

Computer Basics, in three parts, is offered Wednesday, October 2nd , 9th and 16th at 2 pm

Internet Basics, also in three parts, is offered Wednesday, October 23rd , 30th and Nov. 6th at 2 pm

Both workshops are limited to 10 adult learners and require preregistration at the library.

Call the library at 250-428-4141 or email us at [email protected] for more information or to register. We look forward to seeing you!
