UPDATED: Creston RCMP arrest Ryan Schubert

Creston RCMP say they have found a man wanted on a warrant for multiple offences.

Ryan Schubert is charged with obstruction of justice, uttering threats, and breach of an undertaking.

Police put out a request on Monday for help finding him, saying he was in Creston and “actively trying to evade police.”

They say they received two tips that he was in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue North. The first time they looked for him, they were told he ran when he heard police were coming. The second time, however, he was arrested without incident and held for court.
