A team from the City Of Castlegar who attended the Shopping Centres Conference in Whistler last week were decked out in orange ties and matching orange fedora hats.
It sure got them noticed by developers.
Here’s Chris Barlow from Civic Works.
He says the orange was a great ice-breaker and helped them have meaningful discussions with 40 potential developers regarding Castlegar’s airport lands.
