The development of a fire hall in West Creston is nearing the construction stage.
It’s will go up next to the community hall.
RDCK Area C Director Larry Binks says tree removal is to start next week.
Binks says once that’s completed a design-build tender will go out.
The proposed time line sees the fire equipment in the hall by November.
