A Creston vet is urging people to vaccinate their horses against the West Nile Virus.
Reports of several horses dying from West Nile just south of Creston has sparked concern.
Doctor Rob MacLeod says the Bonners Ferry, Idaho area is too close for comfort.
He says if you’ve vaccinated this year it should be ok.
MacLeod says it’s important to get ahead of the situation before it potentially becomes an outbreak.
